Spotlight on David Schaefer with Schaef-Air

In this week’s morning meeting, our EAOC members were on the edge of their seats as Schaef Air’s David Schaefer explained the importance of keeping your heating and cooling equipment CLEAN and maintained! 

David Schaefer started working in the industry in 1995, after graduating from Brownson Technical School. In 2012, David set out to start his own business and opened Schaef Air’s doors to provide service to his local community. David has 25 years of experience servicing residential and commercial customers.

David’s sister, Ann, joined the team in 2016 to manage the office activities and is deeply involved with daily operations. The business has always been family-owned and operated.

Happy Friday and Happy New Year, the year of the Snake, just in case you didn't know!

Our condolences go out to Sammy Montoya and his family on the loss of his brother.  Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers as he travels.

Dave Schaefer of Schaef Air, Inc. was our presenter this week, and gave us an update on the AQMD new mandate for refrigerants on new Air Conditioning units. I have been a member for many years in several different classifications. EAOC has always provided me with a steady flow of leads. However the biggest benefit I’ve received has been “outside” of the core purpose of leads. A past member John Valentine, mentioned to me that he had heard about some industrial land for sale in Costa Mesa. I ended up buying it, building a warehouse and running my business at the time (South Coast Stationers) there for about thirty years. It was an excellent investment.
