Spotlight on Susan Klaren with CMG Financial

EAOC members were excited to hear from their trusted Mortgage Lender, Susan Klaren, during this week's morning meeting!  

Susan is with CMG Financial, a private Nationwide Lender licensed in all 50 states.  Of those, Susan is personally licensed in 7 states:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Texas and Oregon.  In other words, Susan is not just limited to helping people in California, but can help many people living out-of-state, too!

This week, members gained a deeper understanding of reverse mortgages and addressed some common misconceptions about them.

Summary: The Benefits of a Reverse Mortgage

For homeowners aged 62 or older with equity in their home, a Reverse Mortgage can offer several advantages:

- Eliminate your monthly mortgage payment: While you are still responsible for property taxes, insurance, and maintenance, a Reverse Mortgage can free you from having to make monthly mortgage payments.

Happy Friday EAOC!

Despite this Wednesday's rain resulting in a slightly lower turnout, those who attended enjoyed an excellent presentation by Susan Klaren with CMG Financial. Thank you also to Brett, who joined Susan via Zoom. Susan provided a comprehensive overview of how Reverse Mortgages, Reverse Seconds, and Reverse Income Property mortgages can benefit individuals over 62.

I ended up buying it, building a warehouse and running my business at the time (South Coast Stationers) there for about thirty years. It was an excellent investment.
