Spotlight on Susan Klaren with CMG Financial

EAOC members were excited to hear from their trusted Mortgage Lender, Susan Klaren, during this week's morning meeting!  

Susan emphasized that lending has the power to change lives, and the trajectory of a family.  Good lenders are teachers, translators, puzzle solvers, and lifetime learners.  She's a lender who cares, so she knows that behind every file filled with debt-to-income ratios, is a family with DREAMS.

Susan is with CMG Financial, a private Nationwide Lender licensed in all 50 states.  Of those, Susan is personally licensed in 7 states:  Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Texas and Oregon.  In other words, Susan is not just limited to helping people in California, but can help many people living out-of-state, too!

PAST-PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Happy Friday EAOC Members and Guests! 

Thank you for allowing me (again) to step in and fill the big shoes of our President Ron Dymek! Ron was out helping our fellow Americans whose lives were devastated by the two recent hurricanes. Thank you, Ron, for your and Shaun’s heart for people!

As always, Sammy prepared a fantastic breakfast plus we had another strong showing of in-person member attendance! 

Our guest was Danny Rodriguez, who is a licensed residential General Contractor! He was previously a City Inspector, so he knows how things are done properly!  Thank you, Sammy Montoya, for always looking to grow our group! I encourage everyone to reach out and welcome Danny to a second visit!

I’d like to make a suggestion - I encourage members to pick ONE category/member and really focus on how you can bring them new business! 

Our presenter - Susan Klaren of CMG Financial – Susan gave us a glimpse into her diversified background. Not only has she lived and taught in France, but Japan as well! Clearly her love for helping families gives her clients the dedication that most broker/lenders don’t provide! As a new member, Susan has really fit right in providing her vast experience and bubbly personality!
